Can you feel the energy coming back? Not every industry is the same, yet we can definitely see how Rep life is coming back. I’ve got reps I contacted a year ago with new opportunities coming to me now saying “I’m ready to take on more”. Principals are saying I want this sales team up and running immediately (nothing new with that!).
Overall, being that I am in the trenches every day I can feel and see the change in activity, interest, and optimism. Don’t think any of us realized how difficult the last 14 months was until we begin to see life on the other side. I like life on the other side.
