Clearing Your Browser's Cookies


Internet Explorer 7

  1. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Internet Options.'
  2. Click on the 'General' tab it if isn't selected already.
  3. Click 'Delete' under 'Browsing History.'
  4. Click 'Delete cookies ...' in the Temporary Internet Files section.
  5. Click 'Yes' to confirm.
  6. Click 'Close' at the bottom of the dialog box.'
  7. Click 'OK' to close the Internet Options window.

Internet Explorer 6

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the 'Tools' menu.
  3. Choose 'Internet Options'.
  4. Click 'the Delete Cookies' button.
  5. Click 'OK'.

Firefox 3.5 for Windows

  1. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Clear Recent History....'
  2. From the 'Time range to clear' drop-down menu, select 'Everything'.
  3. Click the down arrow next to 'Details' and place a check mark in front of 'Cookies'.
  4. Click 'Clear Now'.

Firefox 3 for Windows

  1. Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Options.'
  2. Click 'Privacy.'
  3. Click 'Clear' next to 'Cookies'.
  4. Click 'OK'.

Safari 3 and 4 on the Mac

  1. Click 'Safari' in the Application menu at the top of the screen and select 'Reset Safari'.
  2. Make sure only the 'Remove all cookies' item is checked.
  3. Click 'Reset'.

Safari 3 and 4 on Windows

  1. Click the 'Edit' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Reset Safari'.
  2. Make sure only the 'Remove all cookies' item is checked.
  3. Click 'Reset'.
