Clearing Your Browser's Cookies
Internet Explorer 7
- Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Internet Options.'
- Click on the 'General' tab it if isn't selected already.
- Click 'Delete' under 'Browsing History.'
- Click 'Delete cookies ...' in the Temporary Internet Files section.
- Click 'Yes' to confirm.
- Click 'Close' at the bottom of the dialog box.'
- Click 'OK' to close the Internet Options window.
Internet Explorer 6
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the 'Tools' menu.
- Choose 'Internet Options'.
- Click 'the Delete Cookies' button.
- Click 'OK'.
Firefox 3.5 for Windows
- From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Clear Recent History....'
- From the 'Time range to clear' drop-down menu, select 'Everything'.
- Click the down arrow next to 'Details' and place a check mark in front of 'Cookies'.
- Click 'Clear Now'.
Firefox 3 for Windows
- Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Options.'
- Click 'Privacy.'
- Click 'Clear' next to 'Cookies'.
- Click 'OK'.
Safari 3 and 4 on the Mac
- Click 'Safari' in the Application menu at the top of the screen and select 'Reset Safari'.
- Make sure only the 'Remove all cookies' item is checked.
- Click 'Reset'.
Safari 3 and 4 on Windows
- Click the 'Edit' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Reset Safari'.
- Make sure only the 'Remove all cookies' item is checked.
- Click 'Reset'.
